That was Vita's problem. PSP did use Sony's proprietary card, but those were also used in their cameras so they weren't bullshit expensive.

But yeah I find it funny how the PSP had better TV adapters than the Switch. You could be a TV cable for as little at $10, while you need to spend nearly $100 for an official Nintendo dock that will damage your system, and you have to rely on 3rd parties to do a less shit job and copy the design of your pic.
