If by that you mean poorly written and implemented then I agree.
The agenda is so hamfisted and obvious that it often detracts from the game's character building and storytelling.

If video game writers knew anything about subtlety or delicacy this wouldn't be a problem but most video games have plot writers as adept as porn story tellers. They aren't equipped to accurately tell the political ideas they want to push.
The end result is a shitty game, which is what we've seen clearly over the past 5 years.
