Why not start some hobbies besides gaming? Guitar, jogging / running, drawing, etc. are all things you can pretty easily do at home and get a break from the screen.

You are supposed to quit MMOs to do something with your life, not to sit in your basement as usual. If you aren't gonna leave your house you may as well play them.

Do stuff other than vidya. It's not healthy to play more than 1-2, maybe occasionally 3 hours of vidya a day, at least on weekdays.
As far as fun multiplayers, look into PUBG if you like shooters, Rocket League in general, maybe something like Hearthstone?
