They're both plagued by pacing issues but Okami has more charm and depth than Skyward Sword. It doesn't help that Nintendo aims their games at kids so they tend to be simplistic in terms of gameplay system and story.

Either way, all games that claim to beat Zelda are just lying to themselves since they usually take shortcuts for dungeon design, which is a trademark of Zelda.

And I would say Dark Siders dungeon design is better than most of Zelda's dungeons
