Any time an item spawns after a boss battle, I have to jump on it. I can't just let it fall on my character. Especially in Castlevania games.

I do the exact same things. I sometimes take it a step further, like when I draw my sword in Skyrim, I'll tilt the camera down and to the left slightly, as if my character is looking down as he grasps the handle.

Also, if I die or fail a mission for the millionth time, I fly into a sort of repressed rage and kind of vibrate a bit while rubbing my face with both hands and grimacing, sometimes doing a pseudo growl deep in my throat. But only if no one is around to witness it.

I recently played Mass Effect. I made a check list of all the systems so I wouldn't forget anything. Wrote with "!!" when a planet wasn't available, to remind me. I like it. Then it gets useless with ME2 and 3, since it'll tell the percentage of the system that is explored. The checklist page turned into a reminder to feed the fishes for ME2 now.
Other than that I rage very easily. I put most of my fingers in my mouth then bite them. Sometimes hit things or myself, break stuff. Autistically scream also. It's hard to contain the screams at night.

Whenever I play games with a moral choice system like Infamous or where you can alter your character's persona to a certain extent like Deus Ex or Walking Dead, I always pick the good guy because it makes me feel good and characters snapping at me or getting angry with me makes me genuinely upset. When I played through both Infamous games on the evil path I skipped all the cut-scenes and side missions so I wouldn't have to go through it. I also use a guide before making choices so I know I'm making the correct one.

I got really into FO4. I used a journal mod and wrote shitloads of dossiers on people/groups/locations/creatures and how they related to Minutemen operations. I named several allied NPCs to imaginary positions in the Minutemen command structure and used several settlements as their bases.
Preston was Operators Chief and had a boot camp at Starlight Drive-in
Ronnie was Security Chief and had the Castle
Sheffield was Chief Provisioner and had a supply depot at Red Rocket
The Vault-Tec Rep was Chief Administrator and had an office at Boston Airport
Sturges was Chief Engineer and the Mechanist Lair (with Isabel as Assistant Chief)
Curie was Chief Scientist and had a research lab in a wing of Vault 88 (with Barstow as Assistant Chief)
Pic related is one of the dossiers. I wrote them from the perspective of Jezebel, who was the Minutemen equivalent of PAM, so a lot of them are tounge-in-cheek if it's someone she wouldn't tolerate.

I'll admit it is somewhat autistic regardless but if you get too used to watching guys heads get blown off and lose your self awareness about it then I feel you would have something bigger to worry about than being autistic. Beside simply being self aware allow you to see any many hidden details in games. On Digital Devil Saga for example a guy turn into a demon and slowly start to lose himself. While following him in the tunnel you will see quick kills on bodies that he had caused slowly become more brutal and painful with torn limbs and such. If you just see a dead body as being a dead body you would had completely missed that fine touch of detail.

Whenever I see /v/ confession/secrets/unpopular opinion threads, I post a huge list of my genuine beliefs in an attempt to piss people off. I save the reactions in a folder because I'm so starved for attention.

I roleplay in games not meant for roleplaying, like TF2.

Brace yourselves boys I got a long stroy.
My introduction to healslutting was actually through DnD. Our group would meet every weekend, and the 4 of us got along fine. I was a little cleric, and the tank of our party was this fighter, who, every single encounter, charged in like Reinhardt after snorting a line of cocaine, so I had to pretty much act like his personal bottle of Tylenol while he drew all the fire. In fact, because it seemed like all I did was heal him, he started teasingly nicknaming me "Bandaids."
Well, one time, as per usual, he went charging in, but unlike usual, I had just leveled up, and had gotten a new, higher level spell I really wanted to cast this encounter. It had a long cast time, but I wanted to try it out just once. Our group was super into role playing, so we almost never spoke out of character at the table, so there was a lot of banter when out of combat, and a lot of melodrama when casting magic. He chided me across the table as I went over my spell, something like "Yo bandaids, where's my heal?" I can't remember the exact words. The group laughed for a bit, as it was a running joke that I had to always be affixed to his healthbar in order for him to not die. I felt a bit bad, but went on to cast my nifty new spell. In the end, we all survived the encounter, but our knight got pretty beat up in the process, nearly dying even, and had to rest for a bit. All the time he kept teasing me that it was my fault for being selfish with my spell choice.

While we often stayed and hung out for a bit after finishing, it was near finals week, so people started to leave pretty soon after the game was done. Soon it was just me and the fighter left, as it was his shitty apartment we always played in, because he had the biggest table. I decided to grab a drink, and hang out for a bit. Over drinks, we were joking about the days session, still somewhat in character, as that made it more fun. He mentioned being a little ticked off that he nearly died in the fight without me healing for him, to which I tried to retort that he would always die if not for me. He, in character, got super indignant, claiming that the whole party would be dead if he didn't nobly sacrifice himself to damage every fight, blah blah blah. I relented, and thanked him oh so dramatically for tanking for us and defending his healer, and apologized for not keeping his health bar full. cont.

I asked how he thought I should apologize for not being a proper healer. He got really into it, and said that there were always good ways for a priestess to thank and apologize to her big strong tank.

By this point we both clearly understood the subtext, and next thing I knew, I was bent over the arm of the couch, and he was spanking me for being such a bad healer. I, in character, made an over-the-top show of how indignant I was, a priestess being treated so roughly, but I was loving it, and we both knew. Whenever I die in a game, I berate myself for being stupid. Whenever I win a game, I praise myself and my strategy and proceed to write it down. If I lose while using that strategy, I cry in anger and use the paper as masturbation tissue while I masturbate to Asian toe-in-ass porn.

If people are nasty over text or chat, I will compliment them back and, after the match, shop their avatars into the image of a target dummy before pretending to destroy them. If someone is nice to me, I don't reply back because I'm shy.

Ive made up overwatch omnic crisis campaigns in XCOM 2. Ill even do shit like have torbjorn be injured in a mission hence why he has a bionic arm/eyepatch in the actual game. Mods go a long way to help my autism here.

If im playing a multiplayer game, ill act like im streaming on twitch, I imagine myself as idra whenever I lose, calling everything except myself terrible

If a game has a customizable protagonist, ill strive to make them as close to the canon character as possible, whether that was on the cover or e3 demo etc. Example, in dark souls 1 the only build ive ever done is elite knight, astora sword and crest shield.

Whenever I find something difficult or not fun in a game I'll systematically explain to myself why whatever I'm doing is not fair and how the devs thought that doing this would be fun.

For example, recently playing Ristar and during the 4th stage boss, I kept dying to the debris that would fall from the ceiling, and lost around 10 lives to it, so I was just saying "HOW IS THIS FAIR???" to myself and getting really pissed at how the devs thought adding this would be fun.

Similarly, finishing Viewtiflul Joe 2 had me asking myself "Why the fuck did Kamiya think THIS was a good idea?" whenever I was faced with 5 enemies where three had shields, and the other two had lasers and were on either side of the stage.

When i warm up for FPS's i move the camera at the same time as my head and pretend to be looking around when i look around in the game, it really gets me in the zone and makes my reflexes smoother and more natural

In survival horror games i act like im actually in the game and Im extra fucking careful cause I dont want to die because ill die in real life

Even in RPGs where sleeping is a glorified save point/time skip I absolutely have to finish a session by going to sleep in game. I have no idea why, but that's why it's an autistic thing I do in games.

I try to climb stuff, jump onto posts etc. I jump from post to post, trying to climb higher places in areas where it doesn't benefit me in any way.

In Super Castlevania 4, I hold the whip up and do the Freddie Mercury pose. In Rondo, I always backflip into the orb. In Adventure Rebirth, I jump and whip into the orb, and do the same in Harmony of Dissonance due to the pointless COOL or EXCELLENT.

In the later bosses of Portrait of Ruin, I use the super jump to shoryuken into the orb instead.
