What are some fantasy themepark/sandbox games or RPGs where I can just relax and do whatever and generally get comfy, after I get home from work? Preferrably on PC, 3DS, or Vita. Thinking about Botw, but I ain't got no Switch, and don't tell me Cemu is a good alternative.

Oblivion. Morrowind is better if you don't mind the harsher environment, but it's still comfy

ModdedOblivion is the comfiest for me. Maybe Fable or Radiata Stories though? Games with roaming NPCs.

You can ignore combat completely with those games, there are books and mods to indulge in instead, but yeah enjoy Radiata Stories it's great fun. You emulating it?
