If you were a billionaire would you be willing to spend a few million dollars to get the original hl2 team back together and release episode 3 as an independent project?

I'd suck your dick for a milly holla at me
Fuck you Notch go have a breakdown on twitter.
>Few million
I think we are talking about tens or even a hundred for this game.
No.
No, I'd just end up buying a house with everything I need and shitpost on the internet all day every day
Valve would never let another company touch such a valuable IP. The day of renting out Half Life to Gearbox is long gone.

>spending money on a shitty and dead series
it is sad but if i had that kind of fuck you money i'd probably just do what him and pewdiepie do and start shitting on everyone and laughing at them from on top my mountains of money knowing that i'm bulletproof.

No. I've never cared for half life.
No, HL2 is a decent but very overrated game.
nobody will be able to create a HL3 game that can match the "hype" generated by so many years of waiting, it will be DNF all over again except the game may be decent because it's not handled by gearbox.

Nope, HL2 was lots of fun, but it gets way to much credit as a masterpiece and I think HL3 would just be fine, I dont think it would be anything amazing like some people think.
At this point I would much prefer Valve release a third Portal game then HL3.
Half-Life is and was shit all the time. It invented story based cut scene shooters and destroyed the fps genre, I don't understand why there are so many Half-Life cucks on /v/. Most are probably just parroting the meme that the series is good.
>waste a million dollars for a shit game
>or go do something (literally anything) else
yeah not much of a competition here lad

No. All I ever wanted from HL3 was an ending to that fucking cliffhanger. now that I've got one, Half Life is officially over for me.
If I was a Billionaire I'd set aside a few million for purposes of donating to creators, for example I've always said that if I ever got a life changing amount of money I'd throw a few thousand dollars Ross Scott's way.

>Gearbox acquires rights to HL
>Hey uh buddy, maybe you should get up, ya know its been, oh I dont know A FEW DOZEN years or so. Yeah so you kinda hit the good ol snooze button a few too many times and its time to get outta bed bucko, youre supposed to be the big hero and all. What was that quote again? "The right guy at the best place" or something like that I'm not a huge nerd like you are, so anyways uh yeah wake up and smell the bacon, everyone loves bacon right?

it was good for it's time but it's time has clearly long past.
