I sure do love waiting 6 minutes to join a game where 5 people have already locked DPS and expect me to heal them.

Good thing Roadhog exists. The only person getting healed is myself.

I've been playing Overwatch since Season 2, and have literally never had to wait longer than 3 minutes to play a game. The times it does take that long are when I am playing in some sort of odd stack (more than 2 less than 6)

Usually its because theyre matchmaking your skill level, not players available. So youre playing folks like yourself. But yeah Im fucking sick of 'skirmishing' but atleast we're not playing lawbreakers.

I think its because more and more people are playing different game modes than quick play and competitive, the active playerbase at any time is split too many ways.

That and it is becoming less popular.

This game is dying. When it first came out, queues were under five minutes, even in top 500 games. Now it takes over five minutes regardless of skill level, with top 500 taking upwards of a half hour sometimes.

I play in masters and only takes 30sec - 1:30 min to find a que. Granted I'm not playing at 3am, then it takes about 2-3 minutes.

In quickplay and arcade it tries to match you with similar time rank (the star levels and whatnot) instead of your competitive rank.
I have an alt account and it took forever to find a game when you're below level 25. I do think this is dumb.

On my main silver border account takes seconds, either QP or comp.
