Pretty much. They have the ability to make the classicfag and the more typical sonic autist both happy. Just keep satisfying both, with Mania Team allowed to work on whatever classic style project they want, while Sonic Team caters to the Sonic Adventure/Sonic Heroes/Shadow the Hedgehog/Sonic Unleashed/Sonic Colors fans. All they should do is stop using classic Sonic in Sonic Team games since he has a home now.
If they can keep this up and turn it into a format, Sonic is saved.
