Xbox One is getting official mouse and keyboard support soon. But MS said they're not trying to replace the controller and are doing it mostly for RTS games.

m8 why do you think aim assist even exists, it's because controllers are objectively less mechanically precise than a mouse which can give you pixel-by-pixel control, they are borderline useless unless you give players aimbot which does 90% of the work
