I don't know about best or most wellmade, but since I stopped bothering with Comp late last year and started only playing Mystery Heroes with a friend of mine, I've enjoyed the game a hell of a lot more.

I'm a casual so I get the moat fun out of it. Played it for 150 hours and never tried comp.
