playerunknowns campinggrounds? yeah its a nice game that rewards people who idle afk with wins.
>Game where you may or may not get banned for killing someone if they happen to be a streamer becomes popular
This entire world is cucked.
Considering that Overwatch was absurdly popular for about a year, I'd expect similar of this game, at least until the next big hit, however it becomes so, turns up. I don't know why people are surprised this game is having such a high playercount.
is this a good game, or just another meme people play because of streamers?

B-BU-BUT MUH STREAMERS.

It's shit.

It most definitely gained popularity thanks to streamers, but I think it's just the fact that it capitalised on the market that treated DayZ like a large deathmatch.

Camping isn't effective and complaining about it is the litmus test of a shitter and.or someone who hasn't played. The point of the game isn't surviving to the end, anyone can do that, it's getting as many kills as possible. You can't do that while hiding in the bathroom of a remote house with the door closed.

anybody mind buying me the game. i can buy you anthing from 13 dollars down since thats all i have as a fair trade.
how many threads before it dies out?

Sorry, anon, we know you want PUBG, but the switch just can't run it. Maybe Nintendo will make a rip-off of it with Splatoon characters in a year or two for your fisher-price tablet.
First of all
Battle Royal games arn't my thing, I'm sure its a great game but its not for me and its fantastic that something has finally toppled DOTA at the top of the charts.
That said I have to ask:
How is this game so popular? Not from a
>I don't like it so no else does
perspective but isn't this game pretty demanding?
I'm surprised that many people can run it and are willing to pay for
Gigantic is suffering from a low player count with numerous complaints about how no one can run it due the 6GB of RAM limit which would imply many of Steams userbase has pretty low end computers.
I don't doubt PUBG is better than Gigantic but that number seems really high considering its demanding specs.

that is a damn fine question. It does really make me think. I assume there's just lots of kids buying it then not being able to play it, and not knowing there's a refund option.
