Being squishy is terrible for any unit with great movement range whose job it is to extend themselves. Pegasus knights are far more squishy than wyvern riders.

Conquest is challenging in a very good way. The other routes/awakening are "difficult" on the higher difficulties, but in an almost completely unfair, mandatory grinding, reset-fest kind of way. Echoes is easy even on hard mode, and that's without the cheesable mechanics like the turnwheel and retreating.
