I have it and I love it, the input lag is only because it's android. I use retroarch.Due to the way retroarch works, frameskipping is nonexistent and it's tied to the screen refresh rate.

I don't play fighting games and I'm not especially sensitive to low levels of input lag. I can only say it's not something I've ever noticed when I play. Certainly a very low level, never became a problem for me. Can't vouch for it being good enough for you if you play competitively or are obsessive about it and really do need it to be absolutely perfect, but it certainly meets my standards.
