Generally the ITM fixes and all the other basic things you can do don't do much. They can potentially sometimes prevent crashes from duplicate items but that's a rarity. Try disable your weapon mods one by one and seeing if it persists. You can also click on yourself in console and do "remove [item code]" on the things causing crashes

I disabled all the mods and the problem persists.

Its a set of gloves causing the issue I doubt its mod related, and literally just mousing over them in the inventory panel is causing the crash, not trying to enchant them or something.

You're 100 times better off uninstalling any trace of LE and just installing vanilla with the unofficial patches, SkyUI, and pretty much every single mod in the top 250 of all time on the nexus.

Vanilla looks and plays better when modded than LE does, plus esential mods like SkyUI aren't available for LE yet

Delete everything in the data/meshes and textures relating to the gloves and verify integrity. Also switch over to the regular edition of Skyrim as soon as you can. If you're having issues with under 50 mods you should at least play the most supported version of the game. Also delete dragonborn dlc and redownload it just in case.

And I can see them in NPCs without problems, just tried equipping a pair with console commands and it also works but if I go see them in the inventory panel it auto crashes.

Mod organizer is undoubtedly the way to go when loading in a bunch of mods, especially for troubleshooting. That said, the amount of mods and support for OG Skyrim is far superior to SSE, and with SKSE for OGS, you get a lot more bang for your buck. Glad you figured out the issue, especially if you're far enough in the game to start the Dragonborn quests.

I didn't as I said. Something called "cubemaps" weren't working since the guy who made the Miraak skin I'm using didn't port it over to SE. Apparently they were needed to add shine to the gold parts of the skin. So for now I will just use the textures without the "meshes" folder. Just so perplexed as to why it crashed the cultist gloves if the mod was for miraak's clothes only.

The world/ground mesh for the gloves has something wrong with it. Find that mesh in your meshes folder and delete it so it will use the one in your .bsa. Or extract the original mesh from your .bsa and drop it in the correct location yourself.
