To be honest, if you put in the time to get 2-3 characters to 110(not too much now that DH starts at 100), you can just fund char transfers through wow tokens pretty easily by doing profession shuffles. Specially with the new profession mats coming out next week.

I just miss the trail of raiding. When a new raid came out it was new and exciting, my guild would spread rumors about mechanics and what items or resistances to get before the raid and it only built up the hype. When we finally got a group together we were careful and precise because last thing we wanted was to wipe, and getting to see everything new on your first time and seeing the bosses and moves you were warned about before but actually there, in front of you, was just so much fun.

But now you run through raids and dungeons with stupid ease and the first run has no risk whatsoever since it requires no coordination or team play to beat. Then you get to do it again but harder this time and now everyone already knows what to expect and what exact items to use, it just seems so standard and boring now, whered the fun go?

Plus extensive testing, datamining, and DBM take away any and all mystery unless you're in a guild whose into not using any of that.

Fuckloads of servers have x1 rates without advertising gold sellers themselves and having a server side limitation to your view distance (Which isn't just something that limits people messing with the config, the max Elysium view distance is LOWER than the normal max view distance of vanilla wow because they needed to lower the strain on their cheap chink servers.
Character load in is even worse. You don't see players unless they're literally on top of you in Elysium.

Elysium is far and away the shittiest vanilla WoW realm that fans of that version have had to suffer through.
