It's normal to get tired of vidya, it'll probably go away in a while. What you can do now is have fun with different hobbies like watching movies, reading books, lifting, drawing or whatever may interest you.
If you have friends who play bideo games, playing multiplayer with them might be fun.

I don't think it's growing out of vidya, but it's having more refined tastes and not wanting to spend hours playing bad games like you did when you were younger. If there isn't anything new that I really want to play I'll just replay an old games that I haven't played in a while. If there isn't anything I want to replay then I'll go talk about some of my favorite games, or watch some videos about it or something.

I am really super fucking depressed and NOTHING gives me any enjoyment. I feel sluggish and tired and can't think very clearly at times. Video games used to be my escape from the reality that I am noy enjoying my life.
Not video games just don't cut it and I am stuck jerking off to milf porn and and browsing 4chan in my free time. Those are my hobbies.

Depression isn't a meme...its pretty much dibilitating me.

That's not entirely true. Many mainstream games are being made that are no longer targeting your demographic, just like in the movie industry or episodic content. It's entirely possible to "age out" of that group and not find that content enjoyable.

Similarly, one of the most popular games by far is PUBG, but I'm pretty sure anyone around the age of 25 burned out on survival shooters years ago when the market was flooded with them. It's an entirely new generation of gamer that completely missed the boat that now just happens to be getting into the genre at the same time a (somewhat) good game is in early release.
