Will there ever be a good hacking minigame?

>Boss Battle or sequence is pretty much on a completely different engine then the rest of the game or plays completely different.

Basically most sections that make you do a turret section or a on rails shooting section (especially in a car). Worse is when you are driving and you can't defend yourself and it is basically RNG if you get past the sequence or not.
