The real problem with the game is that there's too much healing and you can't really even dodge stuff. Also, adding more speed reveals that the game actually has friction and acceleration, meaning you can't do noncommittal stutter step autism garbage. It just standardly has 3 frames of it so you don't even notice it.
Really, it'd be best if the cool downs weren't cool downs but rather animations that play and take a specific amount of time. You know, that's the correct way to do it. The game should tell you how long the animations last though.
