I played WoW TBC for almost thirty hours once. I jumped from raid to raid with my core group of friends, it was incredible. We wiped in The Black Temple for hours, butt-fucked Karazhan, got asked to join a SSC/tk by friends in another guild, farmed a bit, and went back to The Black Temple to start clearing it again after the reset.

I miss those days.

59 hours on GW2 when it released with two friends.

Breaks on food/toilet of course, but we bought 20 Monster™ drinks, most of which had to be drank during the last 20 hours
One friend lasted 40-ish hours, second friend around 55 hours, I was delirious for the last few hours, just playing playing PvP non-stop basically on autopilot

The longest I've ever played at one time was around 12 hours when the first Rune Factory came out. I waited in Gamestop for hours to get it right when it was delivered, went home and played until sunrise the next day with my DS plugged in. I didn't even make much progress in the story, I spent all that time just farming and fishing and talking to people.
