I always see some boner inducing designs from Paladins which gives me the urge to play, too bad i'm not a fan of these type of games.

Most of the Paladins healers seem to have a lot of attack options, so you can survive if you need to- Jenos has a great weapon attack, Grover has a great snipe shot, MalDamba has an invuln sprint and AoE gourd, Pip has the demoman's pipe launcher, Seris has the stuff mentioned in OP, that orc shaman definitely still exists too probably

Frontliners aren't boring when you play them as anything except frontliners. Ash is great fun to go backliner hunting with. Shove em away from their team, dump a shield between their team so they actually have to come at you to get you off them then shoulder charge out of there after picking up a kill on Ying's fat tits. Or just Ult and stay in to pick up a few more.
Like Flanknando except you get 90% DR when it's time to scoot.

I'm not usually a sniper in shooters but holy shit does Strix feel good. I don't know why but sniping with him just feels natural and I love it, it's not like I'm bad at using snipers either I just tend to prefer other play styles but now I might have found the perfect sniper for me holy fuck he's so much fun

bad sound design. all sounds are really flat, no sense of direction or distance. it's hard to tell you're being shot at if you aren't seeing whoever is shooting at you, and if they're behind you good luck actually pinning them down.
