Even though I knew Smash 4 was not going to topple melee in terms of general tournament scenes, I really enjoyed all the time spent figuring out how to maximize enjoyment of the game in trying to find new ways to make it bullshit.

I do really enjoy when playing against another snek with just standard gloves when the game becomes trying to left right left right ora ora one another and try and wiggle past the others punch rather than it be a keep away game

There is no tier list. The generally agreed upon top tiers are Kid Cobra and MinMin, with some placing Helix or Twintelle there too. I think Spring Man is arguably top tier, though. As for the arms themselves Hydras are super popular, same for the standard glove arms like buff/bubb/roaster.
