Any Elder Scrolls game from Daggerfall through Skyrim. Oblivion and Skyrim less so on the replay value front than Daggerfall and Morrowind due to the comparative lack of consequential choices, but despite that they still have so much content that you're unlikely to see all or even most of it in one playthrough anyway.

Gothic II. The first Gothic has some replay value but you're not going to get "a few hundred hours" out of it even if you replay it for each faction and do everything you can. Still worth playing if you can stomach the controls, if only because it makes your Gothic II experience that much better having played the first one.

Finished Witcher 3 + DLC on Death March 1 year ago - 250 hours. Playing it now for the second time (60 hours so far) and having a blast. I take it slow now (less fast traveling, more walking). For the past few months i was starting and never finishing games like Dishonored 2, Far Cry Primal, Just Cause 3, Fallout 4. I was thinking about Witcher more and more. Replayed Witcher 1 and 2 in June and July and stared Witcher 3 again. When I finished it last year I knew that I would come back to this game after a few years. I never suspected that i would be less than one year. Best game ever!

I don't like the combat in ME1, and prefer it in 2. So I usually run through ME1, completing the main story and shit that carries through to the other games, which can take about 6 or 7 hours, and take my time in ME2 and 3
