Is not a fair comparison. Mass Effect Andromeda had literally thousands of characters while Hellblade has like 20 tops. Mass Effect is also a complex open world rpg while Hellblade is a linear generic action simple game. Bioware to allocate resources where it mattered the most which is awesome gameplay.

Hellblade was a game the devs wanted to make but also an R&D project for face scanning and a bunch of UE4 shit.
