use the mindjack to keep track of people. and hotkey the ones that can cause the most trouble.
run and attack when needed, but try to avoid it unless you know exactly what you need to do.

you might want to look it up, because I'm having trouble remembering what mission you're talking about. there's one where you have to run past people for a bit, then you reach some run down houses and have to sneak past them with a girl. afterwards you make your way around the houses and just time your running when enemies look away and climb out of the area through a couple of ledges.
