In MGS2, you could do pull ups while hanging, and eventually level it up so that your stamina lasts longer.

In MGS3, you could grow a tolerance to shitty Russian rations the more of them you ate.

I know for sure princess maker does physique changes depending on how you raise your daughter.

Fable would give you a scar each time you were totally defeated. So if you sucked, it literally would show.
