Ring Runner.
That game is a miracle; instead of being good because it was made well, it's good by sheer luck.

The game was designed in such a way that it has an absurdly high skill ceiling, no ship design meta, and incredibly entertaining high-level combat.
All things that the developers couldn't have known about while making it, and judging by their combat ability, possibly still don't.

Unfortunately, the fact that they just slapped together a game and it so happened to be incredibly fun for rather complicated reasons means that it'd be difficult to replicate, even ignoring that the company recreating the game in this hypothetical situation is garbage at gameplay design.
