Only thing Capcom had no idea what they were doing and completely killed the franchise. It didn't make any sense to have a magic item chest, sure, but it was a hell of a lot better than just throwing shit on the floor and having to track it down again later when you need it again. I think literally everybody had to backtrack to the train wreck when they needed the grappling hook again.

The series has been doing this the entire time, but RE0 and Code: Veronica were especially bad about this. The writing was just awful.

Because the GCN version doesn't even make the Top 3
The top 3 are the PC Sourcenext version for being at the highest quality and with all the content of the regular PC version (but in Japanese)
The regular PC version we have up has a gallery, model viewer and an extra difficulty, as well as controls remapping and higher quality FMVs.
And in third place is the Dreamcast version, which is the PC version but the extra Hard mode in the PC version is called Nightmare mode
