I still have that achievment of getting one undecillion cookies from back then when heavenly chips would raise your cps by 100% each rather than 1%.

Also, you might want to focus on getting each building to 300 rather than building stupid shit like 700 alchemy labs. I have the same cps as you but with much fewer buildings.

What dragon upgrades do you use? I use kittens and prisms, but I think maybe getting those that trigger golden cookie events are more productive if you keep an auto clicker on that gets all the golden cookies (which is pretty easy if you just make the window small enough.)

Jokes aside, Realm Grinder and Trimps are about making the best builds to make your number go up faster. They're very complicated. There are like a hundred of skill combinations in Realm Grinder.

you have to spend at least 1 lump on a building to unlock it's minigame

Ah, shucks, I already spent like 7 sugarlumps on cursors because that is the only sugar upgrade thingy I saw so far. I usually have the "stats" screen up, since there was never any point to looking at the buildings you own. Guess I have to wait 12 hours to unlock those mini games.

It is modern dopamin inducing shallow gameplay condensed into this, simplest interface possible but same mechanics as in Diablo 3 etc. Every moment in modern gaming needs to be as rewarding as possible so every action will result in small reward. Sometimes the actions condense into a bigger rewards and this releases surge of dopamin in your brains and you will slowly get addicted to it.
