Not OP, but it's Caldecott Caper. It's a pretty good mod, I enjoyed it. It ties in to the mod author's previous mod, Antumbra saga, so playing that one first is a plus. So long as you don't go in expecting Dragonfall levels of writing I think you'll have an enjoyable time.

It's a huge mod on par with the developer-made campaigns with runs, a main story, side-characters that will let you know what they think during missions and all that stuff. If you haven't played it you should. You start out as a cop and shit hits the fan, fast.
