This only really applies to the first game. Chaos Theory is a stealth masterpiece. Double Agent is an amazing concept and could have been another masterpiece if they'd made one game instead of splitting it across platforms. Haven't played Pandora Tomorrow in ages but I remember it being great too.

Completely false, the controls are smooth as butter both on consoles and with m+kb. They're particularly great.

I'm guessing you have a bone to pick, or are a jealous MGS fanboy who doesn't know SC took inspiration from it, and then MGS3, 4 and V took some ideas from SC.

Allow me to interject, at least the characters in the game are interesting people who have a good time talking to each other.

Sam is especially endearing a character due to his no bones about it nature while still being modest. I really appreciate him.

I dunno. I marathoned the first three games over a year ago and like each one. The first game does somewhat suffer from first game syndrome. But that's about it.
