I just recently bought a Game Boy micro in good condition and a GBA flashcart and I'm having so much fun!

But yeah, the sound ain't that great. Some games know to utilize whatever they're given to the fullest!
Banjo Kazooie, Metroid, Wario all sound great for example.

I never liked how the SNES sounded or looked. There are exceptions like Yoshi's Island and Pocky and Rocky where it's more unique, but overall the 16-bit era was unappealing to me despite how much I tried to like it.
