Its not effing fair that some people make MILLIONS by streaming video games all day long while people doing real jobs have to work long hours and are often underpaid
>>387796193

hey, leave him alone!
>>387796193
Because people doing the streaming often have no truly marketable skills.
>>387796407
shut up slut
>>387796193
Being a 4chan janitor is not a real job.
>>387796193
The REAL money is in cryptocurrencies, Ryuji.
>>387796193
And that's why I'll start making millions by streaming when my new rig arrives next week.
I can't fucking wait.
>>387796424
I wouldn't really say that. They keep people entertained and draw in lots of ad revenue and create jobs which is good for the economy overall
>>387796467
Look at this fucking enormous forehead. LAMAO
>>387796407
kek
do you like Ryuji or something?
>>387796682
huh?!
I-Its n-not like that...!
>>387796237
Ryoji btfo once again
>>387796572
That would depend on your definition of entertainment, there are streams currently that make money watching shitty B-movies and reviewing Let's Plays after watching a full playthrough.
There might be marketable skills if you look deep enough but no employer will see it that way. To them it's literally "did nothing but play video games for x amount of time".
>>387796974
yeah but the money they're earning will set them up for life meaning they don't even have to find "real jobs" anymore
>>387796869
>Ryoji
Shut up Adachi
>>387796525
can't wait to see you streaming the newest hottest games and getting a whole 2 views, you nobody.
>>387796193
Very few people make millions m8, and the majority of those that do are on a totally different skill level and treat games like athletes would a sport in terms of training regimen.
Streaming in general is soul-crushing bullshit and I would highly advise you just do it for yourself as a hobby instead of trying to become a popular streamer.

>>387797113
Until the market inevitably shrinks due to over saturation and the money dries up far too quickly due to their spending habits.
>>387796193
I would stream myself if I wasn't ugly with an unmanly voice and a boring personality
>>387797546
You are pathetic.
>>387797437
How's your mom doing Futa chan?
>>387796193
The thing you need to realize is that these people aren't just playing video games. By all accounts most are terrible at them. What they are is entertainers. They don't make millions by playing video games, they make millions by putting on a show for millions of people. They're actors, they're personable and attractive, they do networking and have high production value. It's no different from having a pod cast or video blog, they're just playing a video game on top of that. The game is secondary to the person playing it, a gimmick to draw people in.
>>387797635
you are_______cute________
Stop roleplaying, werdos
>>387797189
This, good fucking luck my uncharismatic acne ridden dude
>>387796193
How is it not fair? What's stopping you from doing the same thing? Is it because you have no noteworthy skills, a boring personality, and no interesting thoughts to share?
>>387798991
Most streamers are not entertaining at all though DrDisrespect is one of the only streamers I've seen with an actual production value to what he's doing and the guy is naturally charismatic and funny. His shit gets incredibly old after awhile
He also really helped popularize boom.tv which is doing big money
>>387796193
>it's not fair that this guy gets to work at a desk while I have to do manual labor
>it's not fair that this guy gets to be an actor when I have to work at a desk
et cetera et cetera. it's bizarre but it is not unfair
>best girl is a hick scam artist
What did atlus mean by this
Leave DSP to me.
>>387798417
>>387797437
Now, now. Let's not get hasty by throwing ourselves into pointless conflict.
>>387800769
It's both bizarre and unfair

>>387796193
I highly doubt these people enjoy vidya as a hobyb anymore. This form of stability is far more important than their "millions" (lmao nobody does this kind of money except for 5 souls in the whole web) fuck off dreamboy
>>387796193
I just watched this stream of an ex viner, who only started twitch in the last couple months. He's already got nearly 3,000 viewers. He's apparently friends with celebrities, and got crazy huge hosts to his stream. People are donating, and subbing for $25 a month.
His highest cumulative donator, already gave him over a thousand dollars. His chat is no exaggerations, 75% female. They're all calling him daddy. At one point, he asks, everyone to press 7 if they want him to stalk them. All the ladies flooded the chat, and some girl was like "you already know my address".
Basically what I'm saying is, in only a couple months, this guy is pretty much guaranteed a success on twitch, thanks to his connections. And he's got no shortage of girls who want to jump on his dick. How does that feel?
>>387796974
Most entertainment jobs have no marketable skills outside of the specific entertainment industry you're in.
You can spend your entire early life being a dancer. But if for whatever reason dancing doesn't work out for you, then no one will care that you could once dance well. Most you might get is a coach or something. But even then, you can't run a dance studio on dancing knowledge alone.
Point is, it does no good to claim something isn't marketable, when it's making a ton of money.
>>387796525
Oh great, one more fuck who can't configure OBS right, and needs to be told that his microphone is too low, or the game is too loud.
>tfw literally no talent in anything
I literally can`t work on anything
NEET is my only way
