Throw out everything what you don't need. No, I don't mean to throw out your consoles but anything else. If you take honest look you'll see tons of useless shit taking space. Also proper shelves etc. Do you need all of the consoles to be set up? I'd pick up just two or three and put everything else into closet. You can always exchange them back if you want. Or use PC and just emulate.

Once you reach a certain point the amount of work it takes to clean just outweighs your desire to clean. I'd probably need a week of solid cleaning to fix this shit.

Right now all of my cleaning is focused on keeping the situation from degrading even further.
