Im not even trying to be mean here, but the graphics card at least, is absolute garbage. You wont be able to run anything at a satisfying rate with that. The rest could possibly work if you plan on playing just at a basic level. But that graphics card needs to go.

get an i5 and a better graphics card like 4gb or 6gb at the very least

You have no idea what you're doing.
The motherboard isn't compatible with your CPU.
The PSU is housefire trash.
The GPU won't run anything past 2012.

What is your budget?
Get an R3 Ryzen, a budget B350 motherboard and something like 1050 at the very least.
And a decent, 400 - 500W 80+ Bronze PSU, Seasonic is pretty good and not too expensive.
You don't need an SSD straight away either, just get or repurpose a mechanical drive and get an SSD later when you have some more money.

Compare performance stats using cpuboss and gpuboss.
It's all super easy, just looks hard. Logicalincrements also has a good performance to price guide.
