It was talked about everywhere when it came out and not even a week after that dropped off the face of the Earth. I forgot it even exists

I just started playing mass effect 1 for the first time.

Is there any way to fix screen tearing on PC? This is the only have I've seen this happen in. Doesn't matter if I have V-Sync on or off.
