There is literally no way that PUBG is coming to any console. The game is fucked as hell already on PC's with SSD's and 16GB of RAM. PUBG isn't that demanding, it's just not well polished, lots of stutters etc
Once it's finished up & gone gold, it should run fine

I expect the Xbone version to be cut back quite a bit though visually, low draw distance, heavily paired back shadowing, but otherwise should run at a "smooth 30fps"
