Killer Queen might be powerful and all, but it doesn't give him precognition (no, Bites the Dust doesn't count); there's nothing that can stop, say, a sniper from offing him from 300 yards. Any fictional character that's too fast for human reflexes (90% of them) shits on anyone in JoJo. The fuck is your stand going to do when a guy punches you at the speed of sound with the power to topple buildings? Star Platinum (and probably The World) are the only stands that have been shown to give their users super human reflexes/reaction time. Also, magic shit goes both ways. Stand users won't be able to see/interact/deal with other universes' magic bullshit either.

Batman Arkham Origins.

It misses a big point of the first two games, which were that they were basically set in the same universe as the comic books in terms of history, aesthetic, and themes. The death of Joker, the mastermind twist, ect. came about from the story organically; the Joker's death being an inevitability that we finally see come to pass in this game.

Origins' developers thought Arkham's subversive plot points were cool, and strove to make their game subversive as well. Resulting in something akin to Injustice, where they do weird, stupid shit because they can.

Because most stand users don't use guns with the exception of Hol Horse and Mista, and the only people involved with the plot are stand users for the most part. Also it wouldn't be fun writing-wise so Araki never did it. The closest we've had to that is Josuke and Jotaro hunting that last rat, and Josuke shot the rat using his stand instead of a gun for legal reasons.
