I always usually play through it once and figure out what mods I want that will improve upon it.

Not really, this drought is more brought on by how mediocre Fallout 4 was, and how lazy Bethesda was with getting the GECK or creation kit or whatever out. Honestly Fallout seems like a better setting for lewd mods and quests, but 4 is such a piece of shit that no modders wanted to waste their time. Too bad Skyrim peaked. Maybe the next 3 re-releases of Skyrim will be the focus now for modders.

That being said Fallout 4 would be awesome if it got the level of modding something like New Vegas got let alone skyrim. I know the game overall was pretty meh but my unpopular opinion on it was it is the best map of the 3d fallouts with alot of room to add fun things to it.

Special Edition is already out mate. I don't think anyone is wasting their time on porting over their mods, a lot of that has to do with mod requirements and so if one person doesn't port then your mod is fucked unless you want to try and move your shit.

To be honest I really don't get why mod support hasn't increased at exponential rate, they aren't working on Skyrim, I can't imagine anyone still working on New Vegas. What else is there? The Sims? What the fuck are these people doing? Don't they know I need to jerk it?

God i hate Fallout 4 at the begginning. It isn't like in Skyrim and go wherever the fuck you want, it's just the same start holy shit! Currently playing Skyrim as a rogue/assassin level 20 and i haven't even talked to Gerdur in riverwood. Started to do some jobs in Falkreath, some stealing and shit.

In Fallout 4 if you choose a different path you get rekt hard by high level gunners or deathclaws.And i'm still waiting for a proper "live another live mod" to avoid all the "muh son" bullshit i really don't give a fuck about, it's even more necessary in this game than in Skyrim actually as you have the choice.

I've started playing the game myself and boy the weapon pool is shallow as fuck to make room for the weapon mod system. Quest quality is also fucking garbage. Outside of the main story quests a very large amount of them seem to be randomized "go here and kill this" or "go here and get this" kind of quests. I guess that's a mercy so I don't have to force myself to deal with the fucking abysmal dialogue systems and writing but I've yet to encounter anything as memorable as helping ghouls go to space, helping a mutant commit suicide because it cannot off himself and the cult that formed around him is incapable of understanding his desire to die, or getting sent into a radioactive shithole by a brotherhood of steel member with the purpose of getting me killed.
