Game updates have alleviated any framrate issues for both systems

It runs better on the switch but who cares do what you want

Framerate's better on Switch now, but I swear the Wii U version has a farther range for pop-in, especially for enemies and interactive objects in the environment.

Wii u still ran like shit in towns and more dense areas the last time I played it. Docked switch still dips hard in places as well, I don't believe for a second that they were completely fixed

Dont listen to the guy who said framerate is fixed entirely. Towns, Deku Forest, and some parts of Hyrule Field (central zone with the castle) and Hyrule Castle have framerate issues in the latest versions of the game on WiiU still.

That said, the game is good enough that you barely care, and it works smoothly when you're out adventuring.

They're exactly the same

I played it on Wii U on release and had some issues with how bad the framerate got in towns, but overall I don't really book on hoq much it hampered my enjoyment. I don't think it was a big enough of a issue where I regret playing it on Wii U rather than spending 300 or waiting, so I think overall the dips weren't too bad. Last Guardian didn't bother me either though, so maybe that stuff just doesn't bother me
