I don't know if it's just because it was the first horror game I ever played but SH1 easily scared me the most of any game I've ever played.

How do I go about playing this? I dont have a playstation and last time I tried emulation it was wonky as hell

Emulation works just fine, even shitty ones like ePSXe you can just download and play it right away.

If they tried to remake the game without team silent, it would end up being a fucking joke, just like the hd remaster was except worse.

Ah, then either emulators got massively improved since the many years ago I tried, or it was just my little toaster running into a conflict. Either way Im glad that I wont have to run into trouble just getting it to run now, I'll sure as hell have fun playing this tonight
