Most RPGs that allow character customisation, have gay relationships. All bioware games starting from KOTOR for example. (might be in Baldurs Gate too, but I never played it). Divinity and Divinity 2 allows you to have gay character.

There is an LGBTQ curator on steam, but they don't have that many games.
