waaa they all give it high reviews because they enjoyed it but it needs to be lower because i personally didn't think it's as good waaa

It may be an 8 but you also gotta remember most new Sonic games have been below that, and this is the first official game in a very long time to do justice to the Genesis originals.
That's why it's such a big deal.
