I'm feeling strangely excited for The Crew 2. I think it's because of the planes.
Have they fixed any of the other vehicles though

I would hope so. The first game is a bit glitchy, but it feels pretty good for an arcade racer.
Also a better soundtrack would be very appreciated. The first game felt so bland.

People that played the E3 demo said they did, then again
>e-celebs and game """"""journalists""""""
>knowing shit about vidya
I hope I can get into the beta, no better way to see if it is actually better.

Most E3 gameplay, for any game, is so bad it's almost painful to watch.
wtf why are they making another one
>>387601975
Because the first one was a pretty neat idea and it actually played surprisingly well, and they think they can improve on it?
>>387602207
because it was shit and sold horribly

>it actually played surprisingly well
I co-oped it with my buddy and after we we got through the story we just lost all incentive to play. It just felt so all over the place. I mean there was the Summit stuff but I never felt like really competing at those, or the multiplayer stuff. Otherwise it felt oddly slim with the races and gimmick events. I feel like it's going to be even more thinly spread with the new vehicles, does somebody actually want to race boats

>does somebody actually want to race boats
I think it would be interesting, certainly different from most modern racing games. I get the feeling boats and planes are going to be more of a side thing, and that cars will still be the main focus.

>Being excited for ANY Ubisoft game.
Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me 13 more times...

It has the same problem as Steep, it's a neat concept but none of it plays very well. They just sprinkle more stuff on it instead of focusing on a couple things
>>387602998
I am worried about that. Adding more without fixing what was broken. It might be that most of the people who they're hoping to net sales from are the kind of people who will be wowed by the baker adding more sprinkles to a dry and flavourless cake.
