I normally play grand strategy or shit like dark souls, but find when drinking it's better to play something less mentally taxing.

Hey, my man, just started getting into that myself. I'm pretty early on, but drinking really got me absorbed into the game, and I wasn't so frustrated with the keyboard controls. I'm stoked for my 360 controller I ordered, though, it's been a long time since I've had drive to play a game and Dark Souls just feels perfect. I went out and bought Demon's Souls (and the Ico/SotC remaster collection) while looking for a controller locally, even though I don't even have a ps3 yet.

Anyways just turned 21 a week ago, before that my only experience was with a third-full plastic bottle of Taaka I found in the middle of the street, that shit-tier vodka taste and feeling is actually pretty enjoyable. Other than that it's just been some St. Arnolds and 4 Loko because I've been too lazy to go to the liquor store. Planning on picking up some rum and more shitty vodka, soon, though.

For games, Dark Souls was just pulling me in, slowly plodding through the game and just admiring everything felt fucking fantastic. Tried playing some CSGO with mixed results, that's got potential though. And I tried playing some Rising Storm 2 but all the populated servers were full and then my game crashed when I finally got in one. Probably gonna go launch Dark Souls now, SLAYER

I find that it slows my reactions too much and I get destroyed by enemies I usually don't take damage on. I also tend to rush more, which compounds. You should really try out some spiced rum, I personally love kraken when I'm feeling like spending a little more for some spirits. I used to really enjoy playing team fortress 2 when drinking. The casualness mixed well with the state.
