Now is the time to get VR, honey select, CM3D2 and a plastic pussy.

There's no point in getting Threadripper unless you plan on doing professional level video editing and rendering. Just stick with a Ryzen. Also Vega isn't any better but at least it's comparable to a 1080ti.

Count yourself fortunate OP... I actually want to play some vidya but can't...

Check Craigslist and offerup

I'm European, the prices in Euro are crazy here for hardware. The whole AMD lineup is either sold out or way overpriced, so the GTX1070 are hard to find below 470€ as well. DDR4 is absurd, when did that shit get so expensive...
I'm going to buy a good comp anyway, but this is going to hurt...
>>387493406
Memory became expensive due to the cost of manufacturing it going up. GPUs are costly because bitcoin operations buying them in bulk and burning them out. It's a bit of a global problem

>Vega
>comparable to 1080ti
Ha ha ha...?
It's not even as good as a 1080, much less a 1080ti.
>>387490196
The worst thing about this is that I'm about to spend 1200€ just for a motherboard, cpu, graphic card, psu and a couple memory sticks perfectly aware I'll end up just playing Mount&Blade and Arma3, and maybe some more Rising Storm 2.
I totally expect Arma 3 to still run like trash.
