What is your Game of the Year /v/? What other good games from

Only games I've played so far are Zelda: Breath of the Wild, Hollow Knight, Sonic Mania, and I'm working my way through Yakuza 0. So far, everything has been great and I would recommend all of those.

Plan on playing: Gravity Rush 2, Metroid: Samus Returns, and Super Mario Odyssey.

out of those, i would say persona 5 is my GOTY by far. i enjoyed all of them except for gravity rush 2 though.

Only played Persona 5 and Nioh. Both were great, prefer Nioh just because it's more my type of game.

My GOTY is Gravity Rush 2 and I don't recommend it because it's not that remarkable of a game. I would also not recommend BotW and Near A Tomato because they're both big, empty, and boring.

I liked what I played but none would fit GOTY since they range from OK to good at best and I'm pretty sure the rest of what I'll play won't either. Unless Super Mario Odyssey is so good that I'll buy it before the end of the year, I won't have any GOTY this year.

For example, I prefer to play in Jail break rush and Bike mania arena 3.

Does it really matter GotY will be won by breadth of the wild.
Not because it's good but because it's nostalgia ZeldaShit and there wasn't any EA or Activision to buy the win for their shitty exclusive.

The last time GotY was legit was 2010.

Right now BOTW, with Sonic Mania and Persona 5 tagging along close behind.

From the games released so far this year I've played: Gravity Rush 2, Tales of Berseria, Prey and Pyre. I've enjoyed my time with all of them but Pyre is unquestionably my GOTY so far.
