framerates are decent especially on vulcan.
it runs at almost full speed most of the time. save for some audio hitches and some graphical glitches here and there. im pretty confident that itll run at full speed in a few updates all the time.

I don't really get this PCSX2 is bad meme. It ain't perfect and has glitches in a lot of games, yes, but in most cases you can put in a game and it'll play it, typically well enough to play to completion.

People compare it to ZSNES where it can run the most popular games very well but obscure titles have a lot of issues. I've not experienced that myself.

I'm emulating God Hand right now. It looks fine and even has widescreen patch but the framerate feels kinda odd. PCSX2 says it's 60fps but other monitoring programs shows it's all over the place, I guess framepacing is fucked? Is there a way to fix it?
