I'm not sure if I should buy another 500GB SSD or go for a 1TB HDD. Right now I have to be very picky about which games to install, but I like things loading fast.

From my guesstimates, you're looking at a pretty solid 60+ frames in the majority of games. If you could, I'd upgrade the CPU to over 3.0GHz, but at the end of the day, I think it should be fine.
