My computer doesn't care if I have values or goals {like sleep, or projects I want to do}, it just sits there like a whole cake, incentivizing me to eat some of it the moment I feel the desire to. Even considering that both are way to big to be considered practical and useable a realistic estimate would but that shield at no more that about 50kgs (100lb) and the mace wouldn't be more than 30kgs (60Ib). Those are conservative estimates too, a 6 foot tall tower shield made of Iron weighs less than 50Ib (and those are bigger than the shield in that pic) and maces generally never exceeded 10Ib even at the upper bounds (the average weight of an iron mace was 5-7Ib).

Reminds me of what happened at my old condos.

The complex was a happy place. A clean place. Lawns were perfect, everyone was friendly with one-another, even the city used the neighborhood as a prime example of both civic duty (from all the social programs everyone helped with) to neighborhood beauty.
Then...then we let a Mexican family move in.
At first, nothing of note happened. They were polite, though the association received numerous noise complaints due to their music blasting day and into evening. When another resident moved out, another Mexican family moved in.
We learned later they were relatives.
What was one became two. Two became four. Four became twelve. At that point an opening on the Association seat popped-up, and one of the Mexicans got the seat. THAT was the beginning of the end for our little condo complex. Three more retired or died, and three more Mexicans took their place. Within six months the "Jew of the City" was in squalor, with chicken coops and rats everywhere, no-one paying for the maintenance or landscaping, shit music played day and night.
By then all the non-Mexicans had moved out, and Mexicans moved in. Now our little community, one we all worked so hard for so many decades to make beautiful by look and deeds, only still stands because of subsidies. What was once a solid Middle-Class neighborhood has become low-class gutter trash.

And it was all because we let the Mexicans in.
